I was pretty chuffed on Friday to see this Tweet:
Book vlogger My Reading Days documents her progress so far with our bingo card. Crossing mediums like this, and also seeing other reviewers, who I don’t even know, using the bingo card was rather thrilling. So much time goes into choosing categories each year, theming the choices and then keeping the momentum going all year long. I love that it’s offering other readers a tool for focusing their book choices and I love that once again, I am reminded of the wonderful universe the book reviewing one is.
Thanks to everyone who participates in book bingo and shares their reads along with the card. Your efforts are clearly spreading the word! And thanks especially to my bingo sidekicks Mrs B’s Book Reviews and The Book Muse, who enthusiastically promote book bingo every fortnight far and wide, turning it into something far more than I ever anticipated it would be.

So much love for this post, thank you for publishing this! What great timing too, giving us a little boost in the mid year slump!

Wow, thank you! I’m stuck on nailing down a few categories still that I need to read and review for.

It’s great to see bingo getting a lot of love.
I’m the same too, just need to match up a few more books with squares.

Yep. I’ve got 4 or 5 left – the initial one is tricky for me, I rarely see A and M authors, and I am aiming to work through things I like or have.

I have the initial one sorted! Read a review on a book that sounded great that also happened to have my initials! 🙌

YAY! I need to double check what I need to fill in – I haven’t seemed to have any over 500 pages lately.

There’s no new Kate Morton this year! 😁 Otherwise that would have been a given.
