It’s been a minute since the last weekly update. It seems like time has sped up this last fortnight and then collided with double the amount to do. My sons had their birthdays – 16 and 18 – and a good time was had by both. My daughter turns 20 this coming Wednesday. I’m surely not old enough to have a child no longer in their teens, but yikes, it seems I am.
This past week saw me buying a chest freezer, which has honestly been on my shopping list for more than a year. You would be forgiven for thinking I’ve only bought it so that I have room to store ice cream…
And these. Because flowers just always brighten every day, don’t they?

I feel like these later teenage years have flown by at double speed. Really struggling though to comprehend I am the mother of a 20 year old. That will take some getting used to!

One of the oldest littles in our family just turned fifteen and I could barely believe it. It couldn’t have been that long ago that I was that age, myself, but no.. It really has been that long and I really am that old. 😳😆

I didn’t know Sanditon had a S2 – might need to rewatch S1 to refresh (as I’ve done with Bridgerton).

The fuckening has been popping up on my feeds and it always seems to be fellow authors posting it. LOL. You do, indeed, seem way to young to have a child entering her twenties.

The swings from sweet to salt can be whiplash inducing! But only 5 minutes ago they were babies, right?! I am so glad to hear about the Anne. Sounds perfect, can’t wait to read. xx
