Nurse: how much alcohol would you drink per week?
Me: one to two glasses for the week
Nurse: ever six glasses in one sitting?
Me: no. Two is my limit.
Nurse: let’s weigh you…
Post weighing…
Nurse: steady with your weight, that’s good. So, you don’t want to talk to someone about your drinking?
Me: no. I think I’m right.
WHAT?!!! Where did that even come from? Incidentally, number of questions about my asthma: 0

I’ve read 2 from the shortlist, neither rocked my world. I might try fit in the others, as I have a bit of a head start.
That’s quite weird at the doctors – had they just had some sort of workshop on female drinking? The ‘issue’ of the week!

I have no idea, but if they did, there was no evidence of it. I’m inclined to just lie next time and say I don’t drink at all.

There are so many funny posts going around about the Coronavirus panic. Just reinforces how crazy it all is!

I’ve seen some outrageous supermarket videos too, of people fighting over toilet paper. We’re truly doomed if there is ever a real apocalypse. Common sense just seems to disappear with so many. 😔

Maybe you should have asked how many drinks the nurse has each night… perhaps she was ‘hungover’ with info from the previous patient.
